Our investments are focused on residential and commercial properties in economically strong regions, particularly in Berlin, Leipzig, and North Rhine-Westphalia.

Strategic Real Estate Investments for Long-Term Value Creation
Residential Real Estate
We focus on multifamily and mixed-use buildings in cities with at least 120,000 residents, particularly in Berlin. We primarily acquire properties with development potential, such as vacancy, maintenance backlog or densification opportunities.
Office / Retail Properties
As part of our retail/mixed-use strategy, we target assets in economically strong cities (minimum 150,000 residents), preferably in prime or secondary locations requiring repositioning. We are also interested in converting office buildings into residential properties (“Office to Resi”).
Logistics / Light Industrial Properties
We invest in logistics (cross-dock, warehouses, distribution centers) and light industrial properties in core, core plus, and value add categories at strong economic locations, single or multi-tenant, with varying WALT/WAULT durations.
Hotel / Short-Term Rentals / Student Housing
We invest in hotel properties in economically strong regions in Germany and Spain – both existing assets and new developments. We also invest in short-term apartment rentals and student housing, including conversions from other uses (e.g., office to residential or student housing).
